Service Interruption ~9pm ET -> 9:40pm ET

GeekISP experienced a service interruption tonight lasting approximately 40 minutes. Our upstream provider suffered a connectivity loss and we’re still waiting on a report from them for more details.

Update – 10/27 8:50am ET – We had a followup of this same issue from about 7:45am through 8:45am ET. The core router upstream had originally suffered a line card failure but required a full replacement this morning. All services are back online now.
